At The Metal Shop, we utilize advanced robotic welding technology to deliver precision, speed, and consistency. Our Panasonic (Miller) Welding Cell is a fully functional production station designed to output parts quickly and accurately.
For example, a welding project that would typically take three days by hand can be completed by our robotic cell in just 3–4 hours. This efficiency allows us to provide high-quality results while saving valuable time.
Advanced Power and Flexibility
We’ve upgraded our system with a Fronius CMT power unit welder, giving us the flexibility to work with a variety of metals—steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. The Fronius system extends weld cycle times and adapts seamlessly to different material requirements, ensuring strong, clean welds every time.

The Metal Shop was started in 2002 by Duane Swift. After spending 30 years in the Navy and working for another exhibit company, the opportunity to start a small business was offered.
