Four Press Brakes:
Toyokoki Electric Brakes – 12″ and 6′ capacity.
Bystronic Brakes – 1m and 12′ / 150 metric ton capacity.
Forming Pressure: Up to 50 metric tons.
Precision: Forming tolerances within ±0.00039″ (1 micron).
Software Integration
BySoft 7 and Solid Edge: Enable accurate programming, part unfolding, and bend sequencing.
Reverse Engineering: Can process SolidWorks sheet metal files and multiple CAD formats, eliminating manual calculations.
Efficiency Gains: Reduces quoting and production time while improving accuracy.

The Metal Shop was started in 2002 by Duane Swift. After spending 30 years in the Navy and working for another exhibit company, the opportunity to start a small business was offered.
