Stainless Steel Fabrication
At The Metal Shop, we have the capability to cut, bend, form, machine, and weld stainless steel in a variety of grades and thicknesses. Our experience covers both thin-gauge stainless for detailed, sanitary applications and thick stainless assemblies for heavy-duty use.
Capabilities
Precision Cutting – Laser, waterjet, and saw cutting for accurate parts.
Forming & Machining – Advanced equipment for consistent results.
Welding & Assembly – Skilled in stainless-specific techniques to ensure clean, durable welds.
Applications & Advantages
Sanitary/Finishing Uses – Ideal for industries requiring corrosion resistance and easy-to-clean surfaces.
Versatility – Effective for projects ranging from light-gauge to heavy structural stainless components.
Proven Expertise – Demonstrated ability to weld and assemble thick stainless steel structures.
While stainless steel is more demanding to fabricate than carbon steel or aluminum, our equipment, expertise, and process control allow us to deliver high-quality results across a wide range of industries.
