We also use MetaCAM, the new frontier in the sheet metal CAD/CAM world and is currently the most comprehensive end-to-end solution. Current CNC Machine Tool applications include Turret Punch Press, Laser, Hybrid, Multi-axis Laser, Plasma and Water Jet cutting. This fully integrated system has evolved into the most innovative CAD/CAM solutions in the market today.

Our Metamation software is MetaCAM-EX with the addition of the bend module. This module allows us to create extremely precise custom formed parts from concept to tooling paths. It will also allow us to reverse engineer and unfold SolidWorks sheet metal files and many other file formats provided by customers, which in the past required time consuming calculations. This enables us to increase accuracy and precision while reducing quote and production time.
