We have the ability to do many complex machining jobs. Used in conjunction with our Laser or Water jet we can cut large rough parts, and do the finish machining in house. This makes it very cost effective and convenient for the customer as there is no need to send the part out to someone else for machining.

We have as follows: 1- DMG Mori NLX 2500 Turning center with live tools and sub spindle. This lathe has a feed size up to 3" and turning length of 26". All tools can be live and there is sub spindle to turn both ends of a part

3- Vertical milling machines, 35"x85" Mitsubishi for large parts, 40"x20" NVT milling machine. finally we have 20"x110" Mazak VTC for very long milling parts.
