When necessary, we can machine and cut plastic parts. Plastic work can be done on our Waterjet. Polycarbonate has been the primary polymer used in most jobs we have done; though we have had other grades such as PVC and Acytel. We can also machine plastics, such as Delrin, into shapes and parts on our CNC mills and lathes. Some of the work we have done are for AO Smith's assembly line for wear parts.
We have recently added a Stratasys Fortus 400 3D Printer. It has a very large build window of 16"x14"x16". We can print complex and short run production parts in ABS and Polycaronate. Unlike the small desktop 3D printers, the Foruts is industrial grade and outputs ready to use parts as well as models too. We use the the printer to make jig fixtures, replacement parts and molds to help us in our work at TMS. Only barrier is your imagination.
