Part of our fabrication expertise is the ability to use our press brakes. Our layout software for the press brakes can sequence the proper bends so we make most efficient use of the material and time. Used in conjunction with our CNC cutting machines, formed parts can be sequenced and formed very quickly and accurately.

We use four press brakes, two electric Toyokoki press brakes, 12”, 6’ and two Bystronic brakes 1meter and 12' 150 metric ton for long parts. with forming pressure up to 50 metric tons paired with Bysoft 7 and SolidEdge software for precision forming within ± 0.00039 inches (That's 1 micron!)

Our software is Bysoft Seven. This module allows us to create extremely precise custom formed parts from concept to tooling paths. It will also allow us to reverse engineer and unfold SolidWorks sheet metal files and many other file formats provided by customers, which in the past required time consuming calculations. This enables us to increase accuracy and precision while reducing quote and production time.
