The Metal shop also has full CNC machining division. This highlighted by or top of the line DMG Mori Seiki equipment. Our NLX 2500 Turning center is equipped with a 12 station turret with all positions live milling. Capacity is 3" diameter by 24" long. It is also equipped with a sub spindle.

Milling machines are large. Our Mitsubishi 85"x35" can handle large and heavy jobs. We also have 120" long Mazak VTC for long macing projects. Finally we have a standard Mori 40x20 for high speed mill jobs.

We use Mastercam and Solid Edge to program our equipment. What makes us different, is we can usually turn most jobs around in two weeks or less. That is the goal and you will be informed at the start of the job inquiry. We are proud our CNC division and how it has grown to help TMS Flourish in the covid pandemic.
