Panasonic Welding Cell with an upgraded Fronius CMT welding source.
We have Panasonic Welding Cell. This fully functional cell is used for production jobs where it can out put parts in an accurate and quick fashion.
The metal shop has invested in the future and has two robotic welding stations. We have Panasonic (Miller) Welding Cell. This fully functional cell is used for production jobs where it can out put parts in an accurate and quick fashion. We use primerally for steel welding jobs. As an example, it took a 3 day welding job by hand and can now complete in a 3-4 hours.
The Panasonic Welding Cell was upgraded to a Fronius CMT welding power supply to help achieve more duty cycle and better overall welding results.
High quality welding with high production rate
Fully proven and tested before delivery
All components mounted to a common base for easy transportation, quick set-up and future possible location change using crane or forklift
Torsion-free design for easy transportation with no programming correction, and for program exchanges between the robots for production expansion
The arc welding robot cell PerformArc Automotive is developed especially for automotive industry and its suppliers, and is particularly suitable for the production of repetitive short cycle time products. The cell includes the latest technically advanced Panasonic robot and welding components seamlessly integrating into a system configuration for simple user-friendly control. The torsion-free base frame design ensures accurate position location of the robot and work piece manipulation providing the capability to pick up and move the total system without any need of programming correction.
Whether you are using MIG, TIG or electrode processes - whether your operation is automated or manual: Fronius power sources are in a class of their own. Each system has been developed and produced by Fronius using state-of-the-art technology. The range of possible uses is especially wide in the case of the versatile MAG process, which is suitable for unalloyed, low-alloy and high-alloy base metals. This makes it ideal for use in both the production field and for repair welding. The MIG process, on the other hand, is used for aluminum and copper materials.
